Guess How Much Money The U.S. House SECRETLY Paid To Sexual Harassment Victims

Is the House ‘too holy’ to accept Moore in their midst? Ok, then… give us their names. Who ELSE needs to be kicked out of DC?

Decades too late, the journalists are finally starting to turn on Slick Willy with some even ready to admit that maybe — just maybe — they collectively turned a blind eye to a bona fide rapist.

This is the same reliable media that ruined the lives of certain Duke University students. They’re not exactly ‘batting 1000’ here, are they?

While the Alabama race tries to decide what to do about allegations going back to the 1970’s and 80’s, we’ve got a bigger problem right here in modern-day DC.

It’s easy to call for the head of someone who’s an outsider.

But what’s going on RIGHT NOW in DC? What’s happing right in the midst of the very place where everyone is so roundly denouncing Moore?

Why does Chuck Grassley suddenly need to propose ‘mandatory harassment training’ in DC?

Could it have anything to do with what we learned on the Sunday shows?

We The People are paying big money to keep real scandals quiet.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA) told MSNBC’s Chuck Todd on Meet the Press Daily on Tuesday that the U.S. House of Representatives has paid $15 million to alleged victims of sexual harassment by its own members in recent years.
“We do know there is about $15 million that has been paid out by the House on behalf of harassers in the last ten to 15 years,” she said.
“15 million dollars has been paid out over sexual harassment claims,” Todd replied, somewhat shocked. “So, obviously more than one member of Congress.”
…Earlier in the day, Speier testified at the Committee on House Administration that there were two current members of Congress, one Republican and one Democrat, who were guilty of sexual harassment. She did not divulge names.

Remember how critics openly MOCKED Pence for being extremely circumspect in his dealings with the opposite sex?

He wasn’t just some sexist relic from a bygone era, (although, to be sure he was painted as that) it was worse; he was supposedly even ‘hurting women’ by not dining with them.

Here’s a quick recap:

How Mike Pence’s Dumb Dinner Rule Puts Women at a Disadvantage — Fortune

Mike Pence doesn’t dine alone with other women. And we’re all shocked. — Washington Post

Fifteen million taxpayer dollars later, do you STILL think Pence relying on the same strategy that kept Billy Graham scandal free for a lifetime, when many other had failed publicly is such a bad idea? But will the critics be offering any apologies for those smears?

Don’t hold your breath.

What’s been happening on Capital Hill while journalist try to get something — anything, really — to ‘stick’ to Trump or Pence?

CNN spoke with more than 50 lawmakers, current and former Hill aides and political veterans who have worked in Congress, the majority of whom spoke anonymously to be candid and avoid potential repercussions. With few exceptions, every person said they have personally experienced sexual harassment on the Hill or know of others who have.

In conversations with CNN, multiple women pointed to the elevators on Capitol Hill as a place where staff and members prey on women and say they have been advised to avoid riding alone with men if possible. One woman said years after leaving her job in Congress, she still feels anxious about being alone in elevators with men.

Sounds serious. And are these actually the same people who are suddenly outraged by decades-old allegations against Moore?

Taxpayer money used as hush money so that an unnamed elected representative can KEEP his DC digs? And they (however many ‘they’ are) are presumably still there?

Does that seem right to you?

The dozens of interviews that CNN conducted with both men and women also revealed that there is an unwritten list of male lawmakers — made up primarily of House representatives where there are many more members than the Senate — notorious for inappropriate or predatory behavior. Several people simply referred to that roster as the “creep list.”
More than half a dozen interviewees independently named one California congressman for pursuing female staffers; another half dozen pointed to a Texas congressman for engaging in inappropriate behavior. CNN is not naming either of those lawmakers because the stories are unverified.

If ‘unverified claims’ were not reason enough for newsmakers to ‘spike’ the Moore story, or worse, the now-infamous Russia Dossier they made public — what’s stopping CNN from also giving us the names of people who should be thrown out of DC — and possibly into jail?

Have the media learned nothing from the complicit silence that surrounded Weinstein?

Sure, they put on their ‘outraged face’ when that Billy Bush tape was leaked, but somehow can’t find the moral courage to give us the names of possible sex offenders in the establishment?

If you can’t shine a light on something as serious as this, then you have no authority to denounce your political enemies as ‘sexist’ or ‘misogynist’. You’re ‘feminists of convenience’ only.

(And the same goes for anyone else in DC who jumps on the Denounce Moore bandwagon, but somehow can’t find their voice for issues happening right in their midst, where something called a ‘creep list’ is common knowledge. Stuff your fake feminism. Put up or shut up.)

Does your grandpa go off on paltry politicians, whether they be Democrats or Republicans? Does he get misty eyed when he talks about God and Country and America’s future? And have you ever heard him scream, ‘Awww … Hell no!’ when Rosie O’Donnell starts yapping on television? If you answered yes to one, or all of the above, then your gramps will love Doug Giles’ latest book, My Grandpa Is A Patriotic Badass.

Don’t be fooled by the title — this ain’t just for Grandpa.
The Snowflake Generation — and the rest of America — needs a good ol’ dose of ‘Grandpa wisdom’.
Especially if that Grandpa is Doug Giles.
You’ll love My Grandpa Is A Patriotic Badass just as much as Grandpa will.
